Ideally located for vacation or full time living, easy access only 2.5 km drive from the paved coastal road in Tres Rios. At between 300ft and 750ft elevation, the views are wonderful and the breeze cooling and constant. Within an easy 30 minute drive is the site of the future Southern International airport, the brand New Puerto Cortes Hospital, restaurants, delightful cafes, gorgeous beaches and great surfing.

Lots on the upper portion of the reserve enjoy spectacular ocean window views as well as commanding mountain views. Lot on the lower portion, accessed by a separate entrance, have beautiful mountain/forest views and enjoy the sound of waterfalls and the lower river. Surrounding the lots is the private reserve, 60 acres of dense secondary forest creating a natural heaven for animals, birds, butterflies, plants and fruit trees. Leaving this forest untouched is just part of the commitment to protecting the environment. Controlling erosion, planting trees, grasses and shrubs, ensuring animals access to our streams and rivers, and keeping lost large all contribute to preserving the natural environment for our animals wellbeing. With 2,000 recently-planted native trees we will create two animal corridors to link the reserve to other nearby forest areas. Under your care we will be able to plant many more; we ask for your help by treading lightly and building green.
