We will soon be starting development work on this new project in Cortes. Located just off the Costanera, with a very private and secure entry, the property is a dramatic combination of rolling pasture land and lush jungle. Please note that while many developers try to maximize space and opportunity for just 10 owners. There are five ridge line ocean view sites, #5, #6, #7, #8, and #9, that offer a broad view out over the Terraba river to the ocean as well as five interior sites #1, #2, #3, #4 and #10, some with small ocean views, but all looking up a long valley to the northeast, to a ridge line several miles away.

From the entrance, just six tenths of a mile from the highway, the single interior road will give easy access to each of these sites. With ever increasing focus on the Osa Peninsula, the planned development of Golfito as a deep sea fishing center, and possible cruise ship destination, and the proposed international airport in the Palmar area, this secion of the Southern Zone is becoming a focal point for new investors. An added bonus is the superb highway from Dominical to the Panama border that makes access to Cortes, either from the north or south so simple. The current airport in Palmar Sur provides easy air access from San Jose.
