The Great Room is the hub of the house with two wings extending from opposite ends. 25 foot ceilings make this room truly great. Spacious and airy, adorned with oversized lounging sofas, perfect for kicking up your feet and relaxing.
The double pained glass patio doors allow for protection against the elements, or accordion-fold open for fresh ocean breezes. Parallel to the sitting area is the state of the art kitchen. The kitchen boasts its stainless-steel appliances, Viking range and convection oven, over sized refrigerator, ample counter space, walk-in pantry, food bar with bar stools, microwave, blender, cutlery, cookware, and stylish settings for up to 15 people.
