This elegant brand new (2009) rental villa was designed with tropical living in mind to create an ambience that makes you feel at one with nature. The pool enters into the open, garden-like living area. Only the bedrooms have doors and windows.
Casa Manana is unique, eclectically decorated with imported antique furnishings from Bali, Thailand, China, Tibet and Africa. One-of-a-kind art pieces and furniture were designed especially for Casa Manana by a French artist/designer who lives locally.
KITCHEN: Is fully equipped with a 19-cubic-foot refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, large sink w/garbage disposal. Microwave, toaster oven, toaster, Cuisinart blender/food processor, mini-chopper, coffee maker, rice cooker, handmixer, pots, pans, bowls, all cooking utensils, everything you’ll need for gourmet cooking and for setting a beautiful table for fine dining. A gas BBQ for casual cookouts.
BEDROOMS: 3 large bedrooms with large private bathrooms and closets. 1 king and 2 queen beds. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and bathrooms plus remote controlled air-conditioning in each bedroom. 1 bedroom has a private patio overlooking the jungle.
AMENITIES: Washer and dryer, 2 car garage with security doors, Fence around property, 24/7 caretaker/gardener, TV w/movie channels, Zone free DVD, bring your favorite movies. IPod docking station, Telephone and wireless internet access.
The exotic colorful tropical gardens surrounding this property are an ongoing passion of mine. Palms, ferns, cordylines, crotons, gingers, torch gingers, shampoo gingers and many verities of ornamentals. Including my prized collection of over 40 different heliconias.
Casa Manana is very secluded, surrounded by jungle but only ½ mile off the main highway. White face and howler monkeys frequent the property plus sloths, coatimundis, toucans, a variety of birds and whatever else happens by. And is a short distance from the beach.
