All required studies have been completed, water tap fees for residential use and commercial use has been purchased and certified by local water district. The governing municipality has approved and certified the pre project designs, engineering and concept. INVU approval is expected to be delivered which will complete the phase I process for national approval of the project. The D-1 SETENA permit would be the next development phase.

KEY PROJECT POINTS: Uvita de Osa has been selected as the area best suited for expanded commercial activity for the Southern Zone. In the last 2 years, four major banking institutions in Costa Rica have constructed new enhanced facilities there.
