Phase 5 Construction of Surf City Section begun in July of 2005 and opened in July 2006. The Surf City addition included 2 top floor 3 bedroom apartments and 4 very large hotel rooms bringing the total number of rooms to 22. This Phase also included the hotel's second swimming pool.
