The house offers DIRECT TV and DVD. All linens and pillows are included. Dominical hosts an internet cafe, along with several bars, restaurants, and discos. Available in Domincal is a gift shop, surf board rentals, and a few wonderful restaurants/ bars.
The Sky House is located approximately two miles south of the village of Dominical. This is a private home nestled on two acres of rainforest with many exotic flowers.
Two master suites, three spacious bathrooms, air-conditioned bed rooms, stone-floored living room and kitchen. A breakfast bar and large archway separate the living room from the kitchen, which features hand-crafted, exotic hardwood cabinets and shelves.
Amenities: Maid service is provided once a week.

Minimum stay is 4 days. $300 refundable security deposit due on booking along with 50% of rent. Thanksgiving, Christmas week, new years week and easter requires one week minimum stay.
